Think Twice
I am very disappointed by this purchase and giving it only 2 stars:

1) Less than 24 hours after I purchased this product, the price dropped drastically. Amazon offered me the difference, and the started offering free shipping on the product. Amazon explained to me that this was my fault for not clicking the "Free Shipping" button... but there was no Free Shipping when I tried to buy it.

2) This dresser is very small. The picture does this no justice. Luckily I am just shoving this in a closet to store Summer/Winter clothing between seasons.

3) The packaging for the product is horrible. The black paint on most of the pieces is scratched. All of the pieces are sitting on top of each other in the box, free to slide around. I used a Black Paint Marker to cover most of the scratches, but some are to deep to fix.

4) The picture is photoshopped/edited nice enough not to show you the six screws on each side that stick out and are covered by rubber caps.

Over all, if you are buying this for a closet or some where you don't want it to be seen, then go for it. I do not recommend this product for a bedroom decoration, there are just to many blemishes on it.

It's as good as can be expected
We needed a very inexpensive drawer for our temporary living quarters. This was the only dresser we could find that was shallow enough to fit into the space.

It's better than we thought it would be. It only took me about an hour to put it together (I used my drill with screwdriver bits or it would have taken much longer). The drawers are a bit tricky to get together, but I got it eventually. They hold more than I thought they would and the dresser should stay nice for the six months we're living here.

After that, we'll see how long it lasts as I use this space as a furnished rental and others aren't always as careful as we are with the furniture.

Just OK
The dresser is about what you'd expect for under 5, though I've seen unfinished pine furniture in the same price range that's larger, more attractive, and better quality (steel draw slides, etc...) over all. This chest would be OK in a closet, dorm or utility room, but it isn't adult bedroom furniture unless you're on a very tight budget. The corners are sharp and may not be suitable for a young child's room. Mine is in a hobby room for light-duty use to store odds & ends.

The fit of the parts is good, but the finish on the one I received is terrible. All of the edges are ragged, uneven white, not black. I thought the finish was scratched or worn off in shipping, but the white "stuff" is actually adhesive. With some scrubbing it will come off, but it's going to take over an hour to clean it all up. The black finish is glossier than it appears in the photo, and mine has white smears on the top. Oddly enough, a back panel covers the top half of the chest, but not the bottom half, so if a gerbil gets loose you'll have to check in the dresser drawers! (The directions show only one back panel, so I'm not missing a part.) The drawer slides are advertised as "nylon" but they appear to be ordinary injection-formed plastic to me. Stops keep the drawers from being pulled out too far.

Because of the adhesive problem with mine, I wouldn't buy this brand of furniture again, and I wouldn't recommend it. For less, it might be a better value.

Is this a child's dresser? Smaller than I imagined...
Quality is fine, prompt delivery, but a bit smaller than I expected. This could explains why no measurements were listed for this product?

Great product for the price. Easy to put together instructions and shipping was great.
