Platform bed
I haven't as yet actually put this bed together as I am in the process of staining it.
The product arrived in a timely manner, in good condition and all the parts and
hardware were accounted for. I can tell by looking at the quality that it will be a
good solid bed and is exactly what I wanted. I will be purchasing other items from
this company as the prices are really reasonable and budget friendly.

Wasted weeks of my time
I wish I could actually review the product, but I can't. This is just a warning about The Room Doctor. They charged my credit card 8 weeks ago and when I finally called about the status of my frame they said it will go out in a few days, they were still working on it. Well, they sure didn't have to work very long to charge my credit card. I canceled my order and decided to order from a reputable company. I know this space should be reserved for reviews of the product, but I think a warning about this company is just as important.

Great Bed
I got this in a a full size for my 15 yr old daughter. We painted it black before assembly, which was easily done with just the two of us. We put it in a corner with lots of pillows against the walls. It makes a perfect lounging area for her and her friends. It is very study and looks great. Also has plenty of clearance for storage underneath. I will be getting another for my son.

Great bed for temporary housing!
I bought this bed to use when I moved into an apartment for a short-term lease and needed something that was easy to move. It comes unassembled as really just a few planks of wood in two long boxes. As a 100-lb girl, I was able to put it together myself in no time. It's extremely sturdy, doesn't squeak or rock, and is tall enough to fit Xerox boxes underneath for storage. When it came time to move, I could easily disassemble it, pack it up, and move it myself! It also takes up very little storage space while I'm not using it. When the bed is made with a traditional comforter, the only wood you can see is the legs, so it really fits with any decor. I'm considering buying a larger size in the future to use permanently. Overall, a fantastic buy and a great product!

You Get What You Pay For - Could Be Better !
I purchased this bedframe - full size in pine a couple of weeks ago. I paid an extra to have FEdEx notify me of a delivery time at my apartment - which never happened/ they just dropped it off one day without calling. Roomdoctor DID refund my $ for that. However, my chief complaint on this purchase was the rough QUALITY of the pinewood used. There were numerous dark, knotty areas - some of them quite large and on board edges that were completely rotted out that I had to fill with plastic wood filler to fix these holes - BOTH in the bedframe and the slats. Also, one of the sideboards to the frame was over a quarter of an inch warped, a problem I didn't really notice until I had already begun the staining process. Roomdoctor has yet to address my concerns on this matter even though I called them days ago about it. I'm afraid it may affect the way the bed fits together when I assemble next month when I move to my new apartment and buy a new mattress to put on it. This has been alot of aggravation I could have avoided if I had been willing to spend an extra 0 to buy a bed made of better quality wood - already stained and finished, etc. This is a budget bedframe that WILL require alot of work to make it look nice.
